This option includes the same personalized programming designed to help you build strength, heal your core and feel confident in your body again. Along with macro coaching and strategic planning tailored to your goals. The difference is a lighter level of accountability support.
What’s Included:
Comprehensive Consultation
We begin with a deep-dive consultation to understand your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, training history, and current season of life. Whether you’re rebuilding postpartum, navigating pregnancy, working through pelvic floor symptoms, or simply ready to feel stronger and more capable in your body, we create a plan that fits you!
Customized Macro Coaching
You’ll receive personalized macro targets based on your goals and energy needs. Instead of rigid meal plans, you’ll learn how to use macros as a flexible tool. You’ll get education, structure, meal guidance, and ongoing support so nutrition feels sustainable, not stressful.
Personalized Strength Programming (App Access Included)
You’ll receive a fully customized strength program inside my app, built around:
• Your experience level
• Home or gym equipment
• Training frequency
• Core and pelvic floor needs
Each workout includes video demos, pelvic floor + core cues, and built-in progress tracking. I monitor your training, make adjustments as needed, and ensure we’re progressing safely and effectively.
Coaching & Accountability
You receive:
• Weekly or biweekly coaching calls (your choice)
• Program adjustments as needed
• Strategic review of workouts, nutrition and progress
Between calls, you’ll implement your plan independently, using our scheduled calls as your primary accountability touchpoint. This option is ideal if you feel confident executing workouts and nutrition guidance on your own, but still want expert oversight, strategic adjustments and structured support. While our calls are your main touchpoint, you are never left guessing. If something feels off, we adjust it. If you’re proud of a lift, we celebrate it. If you’re having a tough week, we work through it! You’re supported, with space to build independence and confidence along the way.

Sustainable results require more than workouts and macros. We focus on building habits layer by layer so consistency becomes natural. No all-or-nothing cycles. No crash phases. Just strategic, realistic progress that fits into your actual life.
End-of-Program Strategy Session
At the end of 12 weeks, we evaluate your progress and map out your next phase, whether that’s advancing your strength training, adjusting nutrition goals, or transitioning into a maintenance or performance phase. My goal isn’t just to help you get results, it’s to help you feel confident and clear with the tools to keep going!
